Bernard S. Moore

Bernie has tried in excess of 100 jury trials to verdict in Jackson, Josephine, Klamath, Deschutes, Douglas, Coos, Curry, Linn, and Multnomah Counties. He also has trial experience in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. From 1984 –85 he served as a deputy District Attorney for Jackson County. He entered private practice in 1985 focusing exclusively on litigation. Since 1995 he has served as Disciplinary Counsel for the Oregon State Bar. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Oregon; the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He frequently speaks on the topics of Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist benefits, and trial tactics for organizations such as the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel, Professional Liability Fund, Oregon State Bar and the Oregon Law Institute.
