Biography

Bertone’s practice mainly focuses on IP & tech matters, privacy law compliance and litigation.

He advises national and international companies on IP-related transactional matters, copyright and licensing law, database protection, IT product counseling and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation/e-Privacy rules.

He is also experienced in the litigation field, having advised Italian and foreign companies both in arbitration proceedings and in disputes before Italian courts, with particular regards to issues concerning IP rights and real estate matters.
