Biography

Attorney Beth Klein's career began at an esteemed trial firm, where she quickly established herself as a formidable lawyer in the courtroom. She serves clients in Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Beth Klein, P.C. was launched in Boulder in 1993. Attorney Beth Klein resolved a statewide class action for defective roofing materials with American Cemwood for $15 Million and successfully challenged American Family Insurance on PIP enhanced benefits, leading to improved coverage for 27,000 Colorado auto policies. Her legal efforts have profoundly benefited thousands of people.

She became the first female national trial attorney for Owens Corning during the asbestos litigation, showcasing her trial skills at the national level. From 1993 to 1999, Beth traveled nationwide to defend multi-million dollar cases against some of America's top trial lawyers.

Recently, Beth has pursued justice against military contractors accused of abuses in conflict zones. Her landmark case, Dawson v. Fluor, resulted in a $19 million verdict and was recognized as "Case of the Year" by the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Beth has decades of experience in products liability, personal injury and legal malpractice matters.
