Beth Tibbott

Open for Business
Beth Tibbott: Attorney with Tibbott & Richardson, P.C.

Biography

Beth Tibbott always believed in freedom and the courage it takes to pursue it. Growing up in a loving, intact family, she wore rose-colored glasses and never knew what it was like to struggle or face injustice. At 18, she left home and discovered a world very different from her own. Initially drawn to social work, Beth earned degrees in Social Work and Behavioral Science and volunteered with the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program, guiding judges on children’s best interests in custody cases. It was in those courtrooms that she realized her true calling: becoming an attorney offered the greatest opportunity to help people make the tough decisions that lead to better futures. After graduating from Duquesne University School of Law, Beth built her practice around family law and criminal defense. Having survived an unhealthy relationship herself, she relates deeply to clients who feel alone or powerless. Her mission remains unwavering: to empower individuals to claim their freedom and emerge stronger on the other side.
