Biography

Bethany J. M. Pandher is an Appeals & Legal Issues associate in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. She focuses her practice on complex appellate matters, covering a wide range of substantive areas, in state and federal courts. Bethany also serves as a legal advisor through all stages of litigation to best position clients for appellate success, including in high stakes motion practice, pre-and post-trial motions, preservation of the record, and preparation for appeal.

Bethany has served as the lead drafter of substantive case papers filed in the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Florida’s District Courts of Appeal, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. In addition, she has presented oral argument in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Eleventh Circuits and Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal.

Bethany maintains an active pro bono practice and is passionate about her involvement in the local community. Currently, she serves as the Co-Chair of the firm’s Miami Associates’ Committee, a “Big Sister” with Big Brothers Big Sisters Miami, and a member of Chapman Partnership’s Nextgen.
