Biography

Bethany is an associate in the firm’s Memphis office. She works in a wide variety of areas, focusing on labor and employment and personal injury litigation.

Bethany earned her bachelor’s degree from Xavier University of LA and her J.D. from Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in Memphis, TN. Bethany also holds a certificate in Health Law.

While in law school, Bethany served as the Associate Chief Justice of the Honor Council and President of the Health Law Society. She worked as a research assistant to both Professors Carrie Kerley, focusing on family law and legal methods, and David Romantz, focusing on legislation and legislative interpretation. Bethany also worked as an intern in St. Jude Children’s ResearchHospital’s Office of Legal Services and as an intern to the Honorable Jon A. York, Western District of TN, Eastern Division. Additionally, Bethany served as a student-attorney in the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic, representing clients in eviction and housing conditions disputes.

Bethany enjoys spending time with family, basketball, pilates, and volunteering throughout the city of Memphis.
