Bethany L. Kirkenir

Bethany Kirkenir is an Associate at the Las Vegas office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and focuses on helping people put their lives back together, both physically and financially, after they’ve been the victim of personal injuries. She strives to achieve the best possible results for her clients, and has an extensive legal background consisting of personal injury law, family law, contract law, employment law, auto liability and civil litigation, to name a few. Bethany has focused her practice of law advocating for her clients, no matter the size of their case. She understands how stressful and confusing it can be when you’re the victim of injuries caused by another person, and she takes pride in helping clients get the help, compassion, and care that they deserve.

Bethany’s passion for law started in high school when she competed in the Attorney program with Youth & Government. During her senior year, she and her partner placed in the top three for both their oral arguments as well as their written briefs. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and minors in History and Religious Studies. While there, she served on the Central Residential Funding Board, the Residential Hall Judicial Committee, and as the Vice President of Judicial Standards for the Panhellenic Council. She then moved to Nevada where she attended and graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada. While in law school, she served as Secretary and Treasurer for the Intellectual Property Law Society, President of the International Law Society, and as an Articles Editor for the Gaming Law Journal.
