Biography

Betty has been practicing Family Law exclusively since her call to the bar in 2004. She is a qualified collaborative lawyer and parenting coordinator.

Betty practices in all areas of Family Law including division of property, child and spousal support, and guardianship and parenting time. She thoroughly enjoys working with her clients and is a firm believer in out-of-court solutions. She has guided clients at all stages of their relationship and works with them to find the right path forward, be it collaborative or not.

Prior to joining Farris, Betty was a Partner at a mid-size firm in Richmond, BC.

When she is not in awe of her twin boys, she enjoys a good workout, “can’t put down” thrillers, and a walk on the seawall.
