Biography

Attorney Beverly M. Davis is a distinguished lawyer serving the Radford area with a rich family tradition of legal excellence in the New River Valley. An active member of the Radford-Montgomery, Virginia, and American Bar Associations, as well as the Virginia State Bar, he is also affiliated with the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and previously served on the Board of the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Awarded the title of “Super Lawyer” in Criminal Defense in 2006, Beverly M. Davis has also received the American Jurisprudence Award. Born in Radford, Virginia, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond. He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit since 1992. His extensive knowledge and experience make him a valuable resource for clients navigating various legal issues.
