Bhavik D. Patel, Esq.

Bhavik Patel is a Fairfax, Virginia attorney with nearly 14 years of experience handling civil, criminal, traffic, and commercial matters throughout Northern Virginia and beyond. Bhavik is licensed to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Over the years, he has represented clients in courts across the region, from Fairfax and surrounding jurisdictions north to Winchester, south to Dinwiddie County, and west as far as Franklin County. He has tried cases before both judges and juries, including high-stakes commercial disputes and serious criminal charges, and brings that courtroom experience to every matter he handles. His practice includes personal injury, criminal defense, divorce and family law, and contract and civil litigation. Bhavik earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2002, where he participated in the Lile Moot Court Competition and the Environmental Law Forum. He received his B.A. from the College of William & Mary in 1999. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association.
