Bianca Davis is an associate attorney at WSHB’s New York City office, handling builder’s risk insurance claims on behalf of the London Market.

She brings valuable experience from her work in real estate development and fair housing enforcement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to her legal practice. Bianca attended Cardozo School of Law, graduating with a J.D. and a concentration in real estate. While in law school, she was published in the New York Real Estate Law Reporter as a student contributor.

Bianca earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Philosophy with a focus on public policy and ethics.
