Dr. Kasraie holds a J.D. and a Ph.D. in engineering and has co-founded two law firms, including Marchman & Kasraie, LLC, and later Kasraie & Fodor, LLC, focusing on corporate, securities, and international law.

Since 1998, he has served as a Financial and Economic Advisor to municipal governments in China. Dr. Kasraie has held directorships and advisory roles with global organizations such as Akam Industries (U.K.), Diamante Bank (Russia), and HOYU Municipal Utilities Group (PRC). A published author and educator, he has co-authored books and delivered seminars on international law, asset protection, and regulatory compliance.
