Bing Liang

Ms LIANG has more than ten years of experience in insurance legal work.

In the area of insurance and reinsurance regulatory compliance field, Ms. LIANG Bing focuses on insurance compliance regulatory requirements and practical solutions. She has unique insights into corporate governance and affiliated transaction management of insurance companies. She is particularly good at identifying and analysing complex affiliated transactions. She has rich experience in both liability side and investment side of insurance compliance and has assisted a number of insurance companies in effectively responding to regulatory inspections. She currently provides regular advisory services to more than twenty insurance entities including PICC, Ping An Insurance Group and Taikang Insurance Group.

In respect of the utilization of insurance funds and M&A, Ms Liang Bing has organized nearly 100 investment projects of insurance funds, including direct equity investment, private equity fund investment, real estate investment, establishment of debt investment schemes, trust schemes and other asset management products; she has also led dozens of new energy sources M&A and acquisition of non-performing assets projects. She is good at identifying the characteristics of different investment types and financial products, designing transaction structures and facilitating the transactions.

In respect of insurance company financing, Ms. Liang Bing has concentrated on and participated in interpreting the regulatory policies and assisted a number of insurance companies to replenish their capital through tools such as capital increase and bond issuance.
