Binoye Jos: Attorney with Jos Family Law

Biography

At Jos Family Law, Binoye Jos' work centers on helping families through legal issues that affect what matters most, especially children. When a case involves custody or parenting time, Binoye believes the court’s outcome should always reflect the best interests of the child. Clients trust Binoye not only because of his legal experience, but because he has lived through the system himself. Before becoming an attorney, Binoye spent more than 20 years in a successful career managing and training over 1,000 marketing directors. Then he faced a custody battle of his own. Although his marriage lasted only two years, the litigation dragged on for more than five years and cost over $400,000. After 198 filings and working with two high-profile attorneys, Binoye still couldn’t obtain custody orders that protected his child’s best interests. He ultimately fired his attorneys, learned the law, and represented himself in family court. While working full-time and raising his young son, Binoye secured 50% custody in just a few months. That experience changed his life and led him to become a lawyer so he could help other parents avoid feeling unheard or powerless. If you want an attorney who understands the pain and the fight it takes to protect your family, Binoye is here. He believes winning is a habit, and he brings that same energy, respect, and care to every client he represents.
