Blair I. Fassburg is a 2005 graduate of Texas Tech School of Law where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. In 2002, Blair graduated from Texas State University-San Marcos where he received in Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Sociology with a minor in Economics.

Blair handles cases in commercial litigation and defense of wrongful death and personal injury claims. Prior to joining Rincon Law Group in 2012, Blair worked for firms focusing on commercial litigation and real estate litigation in San Antonio, Texas.

Blair is married to Julie Fassburg, also a lawyer, who he met at Texas Tech School of Law. Blair and Julie have one child, Noah. Blair enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, and mountain biking
