Biography

Blaire A. Marshall joined the firm in 2015 as a paralegal in the Morgantown office and became an associate in 2021.

Mrs. Marshall graduated from the University of South Florida in 2008, earning a bachelor’s degree in history. In 2011, Mrs. Marshall attained a master’s degree in paralegal studies from The George Washington University. Mrs. Marshall worked for several years as a paralegal, even serving as a judicial assistant to the Honorable Susan B. Tucker, of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, before graduating from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2020.

Mrs. Marshall is a Morgantown native and currently resides in Morgantown with her husband Chris and sons, Logan and Riley.
