Biography

Blake Willis represents landowners in Virginia, defending their property rights in condemnation, inverse condemnation, and relocation actions. Blake is a graduate of the College of William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association and was a member of the Bill of Rights Journal. Blake has worked in legal capacity for the U.S. EPA’s Office of Administrative Law Judges in Washington, D.C., the Virginia Department of Elections, and the Heritage Foundation.
