Blakely Bellamy

Blakely M. Bellamy is an accomplished attorney with a unique background that sets her apart in the legal profession. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina before pursuing her passion for law at the University of South Carolina, where she earned her Juris Doctorate.

Early in her career, Blakely worked at a prominent personal injury firm, gaining invaluable experience and honing her skills. However, it was during her tenure at an insurance defense firm in 2011 that she found her true calling. For over a decade, she represented employers and insurance companies in workers' compensation claims across South Carolina.

Throughout her years of defending these claims, Blakely witnessed firsthand the imbalanced treatment of injured workers within the workers' compensation system. Driven by a deep sense of justice, she made the courageous decision to shift her focus and advocate for the rights of injured workers. Today, Blakely is privileged to represent these individuals, dedicating herself to navigating the system on their behalf and ensuring their best interests are always at the forefront.
