Biography

Bob is a seasoned transactional and litigation attorney. He is experienced in creditor and debtor representation, real estate matters, money judgment enforcement and civil harassment restraining order practice.

Prior to founding Benjy Law Corporation, Bob was a partner at a 25 attorney regional law firm where he personally handled and oversaw a wide array of complex business litigation matters. His areas of focus include labor and employment matters (plaintiff side), real estate, creditors' rights and commercial disputes. He also has transactional experience drafting and advising clients on real estate transactions, including real-estate secured loans.

Bob is recognized by colleagues, opposing counsel and his clients for his astute, knowledgeable, and efficient approach to resolving legal matters. A sharp and tenacious litigator, he has extensive experience representing individuals, landlords, small businesses, and regional and national financial institutions.
