Boris is a Senior Lawyer at Unified LLP and specializes in Employment Law.

Boris has represented both employees and employers in all areas of Employment Law. This experience includes, but is not limited to, wrongful dismissals, human rights complaints, misclassification issues, workplace harassment, workplace investigations, unpaid wages, contract drafting, and general employee and employer consulting services.

Before joining Unified LLP, Boris worked as a lawyer at well-known national labour and employment firms and articled at a top tax litigation firm. Boris has experience in small, mid-size, large firm, and in-house environments. As well, Boris served as the lead author for the LexisNexis publication Canadian Forms & Precedents – Commercial Transactions – Employment, between 2022-2024. Boris has also served as a Guest Lecturer at various universities, colleges, and conferences.
