Biography

Brad V. Shuttleworth is the founder of Shuttleworth Law P.C. and a dedicated attorney with over 20 years of experience in criminal defense, personal injury, and intellectual property defense. Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he represents clients in state and federal courts. Brad earned his J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University. Following his early role as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Joseph A. Dych, Brad established his practice in Center City Philadelphia, where he has since built a reputation for effective and strategic advocacy.

Beyond his legal practice, Brad serves as an adjunct professor at Temple Law, guiding students in legal research, writing, and ethics. He remains actively involved in the Philadelphia Bar Association, having chaired its Board of Governors in 2015 and held multiple leadership roles in the Criminal Justice Section. Recognized in Super Lawyers annually since 2017, Brad has a record of success in complex cases.
