Biography

Serving clients in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana for over 20 years

Brad has over 20 years of experience litigating and trying cases in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. He began his career defending insurance companies and their insureds. Brad joined YRM to focus his practice on representing the interests of injured persons. He also helps people plan for their futures, and avoid potential problems, by providing estate planning and related consultation and services.

Brad is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) and the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, and in the Federal District Courts in those states. He also practices in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, which includes Ohio and Kentucky.

Brad is a trained mediator. He regularly represents clients in mediations, and also serves as a mediator, helping people resolve their disputes. Prior to studying law, Brad worked in the warehousing and transportation industry. He and his wife Meg are from the Cincinnati area.
