I know of Brad from serving with him on the Opinions Committee of the Business Law Section of the California State Bar. I know that Brad is a leading member of his firm's legal opinions committee, and that he would not have that responsibility if his peers did not hold him in the highest regard for his legal knowledge, analytical capability, and judgment. My personal interaction with Brad, however, has not been sufficient to for me to answer the foregoing questions based on my own interaction.
