Biography

Brad Rhoads has been practicing law since 1993 and joined the firm in 1996 opening its Owensboro office. He has worked closely with organized labor in arbitration and administrative proceedings. Brad practiced at the law firm of Bass, Berry & Sims in Nashville, Tennessee from 1993 to 1996 in its litigation section. Brad is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Tennessee. He is a member of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys and is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He is married to the former Marilyn Hudson of Bowling Green and has four daughters and one son. Brad is a member of Pleasant Valley Community Church.
