Branden Twibell

Mr. Twibell's expertise in criminal defense has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America. He was named the "Lawyer of the Year" for 2023 in the category of Criminal Defense: White Collar in Springfield, Missouri. He has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for Criminal Defense: General Practice in 2023 and Criminal Defense: White Collar in 2022. As a respected legal professional, Mr. Twibell has been invited to speak about criminal law and criminal defense by various organizations, including the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, the Christian County Bar Association, The Springfield and Missouri Bar Association's Mini Law School for Citizens, and Ozark Technical Community College's Constitution Day.In addition to his legal accomplishments, Mr. Twibell has served on the Board of Directors for the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association and the Community Alternative Sentencing Program. He is a member of several professional associations, including the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.

Mr. Twibell completed his undergraduate studies at Missouri State University, where he served as the president of Sigma Chi Fraternity. He earned his law degree, graduating Cum Laude, from Western Michigan University's Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. He also holds an MBA from Missouri State University.
