Brandon (Brad) Moermond is the owner of Moermond & Mulligan, aCincinnati-based criminal defense firm, where he specializes in defending clients against serious charges including felonies, sex offenses, capitalmurder, drug trafficking, and OVI cases. Since joining the firm in 2018,Brad has brought valuable experience from his previous role as a prosecutorat the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office, where he handled hundreds offelony, juvenile, and child protection cases. He also has a background incontract law from his time as a Contract Specialist at Wright-Patterson AirForce Base. Brad earned his Juris Doctor cum laude with a certification inLitigation from the University of Akron School of Law, along with an MBAfrom the University of Akron and a bachelor’s degree cum laude from KentState University.
