Brandon Henderson

Brandon Henderson is the founding partner at HMW Law – Ohio Trial Attorneys. He represents individuals and families in both criminal defense and personal injury matters throughout Ohio. As a trial lawyer with more than two decades of experience, Brandon has handled a broad range of high-stakes cases, including serious felony offenses, violent crimes, Murder, white-collar investigations, sex-crime allegations, computer and internet-related crimes, and federal narcotics prosecutions.

In addition to his criminal practice, Brandon is deeply committed to advocating for victims of personal injury. HMW Law has a personal injury division which assists with complex personal injury cases involving automobile and trucking collisions, motorcycle injuries, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, dog bites, and premises liability incidents. Families turn to him not only for his courtroom skill, but for his compassion and relentless pursuit of justice during the most difficult moments of their lives.
