Partner Brandon J. Kavanagh concentrates his practice on commercial and residential real estate law, including purchasing, sales, leasing, landlord-tenant issues (commercial and residential), boundary and easement disputes, property management, condominium creation and conversions, homeowner association and Registrar of Contractor issues. He also provides advice to residential and commercial owners and private lenders regarding short sales and foreclosure matters.

Mr. Kavanagh's practice also encompasses business law, including business contracts and entity creation, management and dissolution. He advises clients regarding corporations, LLCs, partnerships and sole proprietorships, as well as commercial loan workouts and enforcements.

Mr. Kavanagh represents municipal governments and school districts in real property acquisition and usage, open meeting law matters and public funds issues. He is also a part-time municipal prosecutor for various municipalities represented by the firm.

Rounding out his practice, Mr. Kavanagh provides collections work on real estate-based loans, as well as enforcement of commercial contracts.
