Biography

Brandon Ruggieri is a senior associate based in WSHB’s Providence, Rhode Island and Boston, Massachusetts offices. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including premises and professional liability, commercial and business litigation, and construction matters, in both state and federal courts. During his legal career, Brandon has aided individuals and businesses in resolving various civil disputes and in obtaining and maintaining licenses granted by state and municipal licensing authorities. Brandon has achieved excellent results for his clients through skillful advocacy and thorough legal research and analysis.

Brandon is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law. While in law school, he served as the Assistant Editor of the Roger Williams University Law Review and earned CALI Awards in Legal Practice III, Contract Drafting & Transactional Lawyering, Estate Planning & Drafting, and Family Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Stonehill College, where he graduated cum laude.

After law school, Brandon served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Debra L. Olsson of the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court. His previous experience also includes working as a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Rhode Island. From his previous roles, he brings to the firm invaluable litigation and courtroom experience. During his off time, Brandon enjoys golfing, skiing, and traveling with his family and friends.
