Biography

Brandon is a partner whose practice focuses on the defense of personal injury claims, premises liability claims, construction litigation, medical and nursing home malpractice and the defense of design professionals. He also has experience handling landlord/tenant and criminal defense matters. Before joining Smith Sovik, Brandon was a Partner in a defense litigation firm in Syracuse, New York.

Brandon also serves as a member of the Board of Valley Little League and heads the Onondaga County High School Mock Trial Program.
