Brandon Stanko, a founding shareholder of the firm, brings a practical understanding of business law shaped by his entrepreneurial family background. With firsthand insight into the challenges faced by business owners, Brandon is dedicated to guiding entrepreneurs and organizations to avoid common pitfalls and achieve long-term success. Practicing law since 2012, he advises clients in transactional and regulatory matters across diverse industries, including the oil and gas sector and nonprofit formation. Brandon’s legal experience includes entity selection and formation, drafting organizational documents, auditing corporate records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation. He is committed to fostering solid relationships with clients by providing tailored advice at every stage of their business. Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Brandon graduated from Gannon University before earning his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. Outside the office, he is active in his community as a soccer coach and volunteer, and participates in professional organizations such as The Florida Bar and the Southside Business Men’s Club.
