As an accomplished appellate attorney, Brandy maintains an active appellate practice, having authored numerous appellate briefs and presented before esteemed judicial bodies such as the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Brandy Peeples commenced her legal journey by graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1998. Following her graduation, she honed her legal acumen through a judicial law clerkship with the Honorable Thomas E. Noel in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
