Biography

Mr. Mollerup has a diverse practice that ranges from insurance defense to commercial litigation to family law to defending governmental entities. Mr. Mollerup joined the Benoit, Alexander, Mollerup & Danielson, PLLC firm in 2009 after completing a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Randy J. Stoker, 5th District Judge in Twin Falls, Idaho, and became a partner of the firm in 2013. Mr. Mollerup has practical experience in a variety of industries. This practical experience allows Mr. Mollerup to more effectively understand the needs of his clients. He has worked in retail management, trucking/transportation, agriculture and finance. Mr. Mollerup and his wife, Haylee, who grew up in Driggs, Idaho, wanted to raise their children in Idaho. For that reason, after completing law school, they moved their family to Idaho. They love the open spaces and outdoor activities that Southern Idaho has to offer. In his free time, Mr. Mollerup enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, fly fishing, golfing and camping.
