Biography

Brenda K. Peterson has been practicing law since 1983, following her graduation from Oklahoma City University Law School. She has considerable experience in automobile liability defense and auto insurance coverage litigation, including uninsured motorist coverage and "bad faith" litigation. Also, her practice has included property damage defense, construction defect litigation, and workers' compensation defense.
