Brenda is a native to the Texas Hill Country, growing up in the small town of Burnet, TX.   Brenda's work consists primarily of Estate Planning and Probate. Within her estate planning practice, Brenda helps individuals and families plan their estate by creating wills, trusts, power of attorneys, healthcare power of attorneys, and living wills. While assiting families with probate matters she is able to effectively assist families and loved ones work through the probate process after losing a loved one whether that person passed away with a will or without. Within her business law practice, Brenda helps businesses and individuals with routine contracts drafting and interpretation, and business formations. She is also able to help entrepreneurs form their businesses from start to finish by filing with the Secretary of State and developing their business plans and contracts.
