Biography

When Brenda retired from being a business professor, she moved to Knoxville with her husband to be close to his family. She was not content being a retiree and wanted to practice law. She may do so in the Eastern District of Tennessee but only in federal law. So, she limits her practice to federal immigration and bankruptcy since she is licensed only in California and Washington, DC. She is also a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Mediator in Family Law and General Civil Litigation. She consults for Tennessee family law attorneys when their clients have bankruptcy and/or immigration concerns. She serves her clients with compassion.
