Brendan A. Smith

At Stone & Sallus, Brendan Smith focuses his practice on business and real estate disputes, as well as general civil litigation. He brings valuable insight to the firm from his previous time working at an insurance defense firm in Downtown Los Angeles. During that period, he gained experience in every phase of the litigation process, handling various general liability claims from inception to resolution. This background gives him a clear understanding of how to navigate a case through the legal system. Brendan is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, where he earned a B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and minored in English Literature. He followed that up by obtaining his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Outside of his legal practice, Brendan likes to spend his time traveling and being with his family and friends. He is a straightforward and knowledgeable attorney who stays focused on getting results for his clients.
