Brendan Chase Flanagan

Brendan Flanagan is the founder and principal attorney of Flanagan Law, P.C., a personal injury trial firm in Atlanta, Georgia. He established the firm in 2015 and represents injured people and grieving families throughout Georgia. His practice focuses on serious injury and wrongful death cases, including tractor-trailer and commercial vehicle crashes, car and rideshare wrecks, delivery-truck collisions, premises liability, burn and electrocution injuries, brain injury, and catastrophic harm.

Brendan built Flanagan Law for litigation rather than volume. He prepares each case for trial from the first day, developing evidence, retaining qualified experts, and holding insurers and corporate defendants accountable. Since 2015, the firm has recovered more than $140 million in verdicts and settlements for its clients. Brendan served on the trial team that won a $99.9 million wrongful death verdict against a trucking company in Fulton County.

Brendan earned his undergraduate degree at Florida State University and his law degree at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. He clerked in the United States Senate and at the Fulton County Superior Court. He has represented plaintiffs throughout his career, and Super Lawyers has selected him to Rising Stars every year from 2020 through 2026. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, and he is licensed by the State Bar of Georgia.
