Biography

Brendan D.S. Way has been an integral member of Ernst Law Group since 2026 and based in Northern California. After graduating from Trinity College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, he pursued a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Mr. Way was admitted to the California Bar in 2008, and before joining Ernst Law Group he worked predominantly on traumatic brain injury cases since becoming a plaintiff attorney in 2013, and prior to that as a litigation associate for cases involving toxic torts and premises liability. He serves as a Board Member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and their education and legislative committees. In 2021 he was nominated as a finalist for the CAOC Consumer Attorney of the Year for his work on the Ghost Ship Warehouse Fire cases. With significant experience as a defense lawyer, Mr. Way uses his comprehensive understanding of the law to serve clients.
