Brendan Hennessy

Mr. Hennessy graduated from St. Joseph's University and Temple School of Law where he served on Temple Law Review and the Moot Court Board. In Law School, Mr. Hennessy received the Kranzel Award for the best article in the area of federal law. He also received various awards for excellence in advocacy, including the Moot Court Alumni Award. Over much of the past decade, Mr. Hennessy has handled litigation and alternative dispute resolution in a wide variety of cases. On behalf of large employers and/or individual employees, Mr. Hennessy has appeared before EEOC, the PHRC and in courts in hundreds of employment cases. He also teaches a class on Employment Law at Villanova University.

In addition to retaliation and discrimination cases, past cases include representation of a senior tenured administrator at a New Jersey School District where the Commissioner of Education ordered full back pay and reinstatement following a trial on the merits. He has represented Pennsylvania businesses in relation to breach of employment contract and wage and hour claims. He has represented large Fortune 100 employers and smaller businesses. He has also represented employees and employers in relation to alleged violations of non-compete, non-solicitation clauses and other restrictive covenants.
