Brennan Heuser, Esq.

Brennan Heuser enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2007 and qualified for Psychological Operations (PSYOP), serving with the 4th PSYOP Group under U.S. Army Special Operations Command. As a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge with SOC-FWD-PAK, he led missions throughout Pakistan's tribal frontier region alongside special operations teams. He later deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan, as part of a Military Information Support Team at the U.S. Embassy.

He earned the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Combat Action Badge, Airborne qualification, and professional proficiency in Farsi and Dari at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School at Fort Bragg. His military education includes the Warrior Leader Course at the XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg Noncommissioned Officer Academy and Pakistan-Afghanistan Regional Studies at the Joint Military Intelligence Training Center, Defense Intelligence Agency.

In 2021, during the U.S. evacuation from Afghanistan, he played a direct role in the evacuation of Afghan allies and American citizens, work covered by CNN and other national outlets.

His commitment to those who serve continued in law school, where he was Vice President of the Veterans Law Society at the University of Denver and worked with the Veterans Advocacy Project assisting disabled veterans. Today he is a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Military and Veterans Affairs Section. As a combat veteran, he understands the military and VA systems firsthand, and he brings that experience to injury and workers' compensation cases for servicemembers, veterans, and military families across Southern Colorado.
