Biography

Brent B. Nielson graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, cum laude, in 2005 and was admitted to the Idaho State Bar that same year. Upon being admitted to the Idaho State Bar, he became an associate of the firm, Roy, Nielson, Platts, McGee & Schoettger of which his father, Brent H. Nielson, is one of the founding partners. In January 2008, he became a partner in the firm. He focuses his practice primarily on divorce, child custody litigation, child support establishment and enforcement, guardianships, adoptions, criminal defense, and estate planning/probate.
