Biography

Brett C. Jensen grew up in Noxon, Montana. He graduated with honors from Montana State University - Bozeman in 2009. Brett worked as a wildland firefighter for the U.S. Forest Service while an undergraduate and for three seasons thereafter. Brett left the Forest Service after the 2011 fire season and began attending the University of Montana School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in May, 2015. Brett is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Montana and North Dakota. Brett joined Brown Law Firm in September 2015, where his primary practice areas include insurance coverage and civil defense litigation. Brett is a member of the American Bar Association, Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association and Yellowstone Area Bar Association.
