Biography

Brett David Fisher is a Partner in the firm's Tallahassee office. He was previously the Administrative Partner in the firm’s Bonita Springs office. Mr. Fisher is a trial attorney, who provides counseling and defense in the areas of employment law, automobile accidents, general liability matters, condominium and homeowners association matters, real property disputes, commercial litigation and first party property. He has represented clients throughout the state of Florida and in several different states including California, Nevada, and Ohio. He has also represented clients in Federal Court and before Florida’s 2nd and 4th District Courts of Appeal.

Mr. Fisher earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and attended law school at Florida Coastal School of Law.
