Biography

Brett Dembrow is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Miami office. Brett focuses his practice on general corporate and capital markets matters, including public company SEC reporting compliance, corporate governance, and securities offerings. He counsels clients across a variety of industries, including software, financial services, energy, technology, media, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and specialty products industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Brett served as a judicial intern with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, where he gained experience with the restructuring process for corporate entities. He also worked as a judicial intern for a probate judge, which included researching and drafting.
