Biography

Brett McIntosh founded McIntosh Law with a simple belief that people deserve to be treated fairly when they are accused of a crime. Over the years, he’s seen that many clients are hardworking people who made a mistake at a difficult moment in life, and the arrest and court process can be intimidating, confusing, and life-changing. He’s also witnessed how often false or mistaken accusations occur, and how quickly an arrest can damage someone’s reputation and future. Brett takes pride in helping clients push back, protect their rights, and restore what’s been taken from them. A Florida Bar member since 1993 and licensed in the U.S. District Court for Florida’s Middle District, Brett is a trial lawyer who values smart strategy over empty claims. With more than 150 completed criminal trials across the attorneys at McIntosh Law, the firm has earned Not Guilty verdicts in cases ranging from DUI and battery to trafficking, sexual assault, attempted murder, DUI manslaughter, and second-degree murder.
