Brett J. Wasserman

Open for Business
Brett J. Wasserman: Attorney with Bronstein & Wasserman, A Professional Law Corporation

Biography

Prior to becoming a lawyer, I was a small business owner. However, we found ourselves facing a frivolous lawsuit from a “professional plaintiff.” To make matters worse, we had licensing agreements with two (2) large corporations, which both had indemnification agreements! Suddenly, our “American Dream” became more of a nightmare and I found myself helplessly trying to navigate and understand legal issues well beyond my comprehension.

When all was said and done, I chose to turn a negative experience into a positive, so I took a job in the legal industry and enrolled in law school at night. I know first hand how overwhelming and confusing the legal system can be, and how it can be abused. Now, I use my own experiences to help other small businesses and small business owners avoid and/or navigate the same.
