Biography

Brett Klein is a senior associate in WSHB's Boca Raton office. He focuses his practice with the firm on first-party property and complex torts and casualty.

Brett is a graduate of Florida University College of Law. While in law school, he worked as a teaching assistant for the Legal Reasoning program. He also clerked at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm and at a first-party property plaintiff’s firm. These early experiences provided him with a unique insight that allows him to strategically shape cases for early resolution.

Before attending law school, Brett attended Florida Atlantic University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics.
