Brian is a seasoned trial attorney known for his adept representation of both individuals and businesses at every stage of litigation. He advises clients on a diverse array of complex business matters, including corporate and commercial disputes such as breach of contract, fraud, and other business torts; real estate litigation; contested probate and wills/trust cases; and bankruptcy proceedings. Brian’s strategic counsel and legal insight consistently guide his clients through challenging legal landscapes.Over the course of his distinguished career, Brian has managed every facet of litigation. His experience encompasses drafting persuasive pleadings, motions, and legal briefs; preparing and analyzing written discovery; conducting depositions and evidentiary hearings; navigating trials and appeals; and skillfully negotiating settlements. Brian’s unwavering advocacy and practical approach have secured favorable outcomes for a broad range of clients.Before joining the firm, Brian practiced at a litigation firm, where he handled a spectrum of civil disputes-including probate and will/trusts, contract, and fraud litigation. He also previously served as Prosecutor for the City of Howard Lake, Minnesota.Brian earned his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, following his undergraduate studies at Western Kentucky University, where he was inducted into the honor society Phi Alpha Theta.Beyond his professional endeavors, Brian is an unabashed Red Sox enthusiast, having left the streets of Boston to marry his small-town Minnesota sweetheart.
