Biography

Brian B. Boal, originally from central Pennsylvania, embarked on his legal career after graduating from law school in 2006. Relocating to Colorado, he served as a deputy district attorney in the state's Fourth Judicial District from 2007 to 2010. Following this, Brian transitioned to an associate attorney role at a local firm, focusing primarily on criminal defense, divorce and domestic relations, and personal injury cases. In December 2011, Brian established the Boal Law Firm, marking the beginning of his independent practice.

Throughout his career, Brian has remained committed to professional development, participating in various classes and seminars aimed at enhancing his legal expertise. Notable engagements include his involvement serving as a guest presenter for the Children’s and Families in Transition parenting class between 2013 and 2015, participating Ask A Lawyer events through the El Paso County Bar Association, severing as a guest instructor for the El Paso County Sheriff’s Deputy Training Class in 2009, and as representative from the Fourth Judicial District Attorney’s Office on the task force for the pilot Veteran’s Court program in 2009. Brian's commitment to continuing legal education is further demonstrated by his regular participation in the annual El Paso County Bar Association Family Law Conference, the Colorado District Attorney’s Council Major Case Prosecution Course in 2010, and the National Advocacy Center’s Trial Advocacy Course in Columbia, SC, in 2010.

Brian's commitment to imparting legal knowledge extends beyond professional circles; he has contributed pro bono services to events such as Mountain View Elementary Career Day in 2009. Additionally, Brian maintains active membership in professional associations, including the El Paso County Bar Association's Family Law Section and the Colorado Bar Association, where he engages with peers in the legal community.

With years of experience as a family law practitioner and domestic relations attorney, and as a criminal defense attorney with a foundation and background as a prosecutor, Brian Boal continues to uphold the highest standards of legal practice, serving clients in Colorado with integrity and dedication.
